    Whilst we are primary funders for commercial finance, before we agree to lend our own money to you, we will undertake an appraisal of your circumstances to try and establish if more favourable options as an alternative to bridging finance, may be available to you. With your consent, we may refer you to a third party to assist further.

    Our broad and deep sector experience spans across all types of commercial and residential finance. If our own funding is not the only option for you, we will tell you. Our understanding of the wider market enables us to signpost you to other appropriate lenders. When we do this for our clients, some opt to use one of the alternative choices we suggest, as these potentially offer better terms. Others still borrow from us as it is easier, quicker or more certain.
