Whilst we are primary funders for commercial finance, before we agree to lend our own money to you, we will undertake an appraisal of your circumstances to try and establish if more favourable options as an alternative to bridging finance, may be available to you.
We are refreshingly different to corporate finance. We're fast; when we say yes, we mean yes. And we follow-through on our promises. This means you can move ahead with your plans positively and confidently, in the knowledge that we are behind you.
We are a very experienced, local, independent, primary lender. With just four principal decision-makers we have no complex hierarchy and are able to decide whether we can support your borrowing needs very quickly and with certainty.
